• Rodent Abatement

  • Rodent Abatement is a popular choice for both Residential and Commercial applications. The strategic placement of Bait Boxes is the most effective way of controlling the Rat and Mice populations. The service is very popular for our Dealership Commercial Properties since rats and mice tend to chew wiring on vehicles.

 

• Rat Trapping

  • We trap rats using Snap Traps. Proper placement coupled with return trips can turn a ratty situation into a handled situation. We set return dates with the customer, so things don’t get smelly.

 

 

• Squirrel Trapping

  • Squirrels have better Public Relations (PR) than rats but can also cause headaches. We use Cage Traps to catch the Squirrels. When caught, we take them far away from the place they were. It is important to cover enough ground due to their nature to find their way back to the previous location.

• Termite Prevention

  • Termites can be prevented if certain avenues are explored. We first inspect homes to see if they meet our Standards for Termite Prevention Service. If the homes either meet our standards or modified to meet our standards, we then make a Service Contract Schedule either Bimonthly or Quarterly. We couple our Termite Prevention Service with Bimonthly or Quarterly Pest Control.

  • If you have Termites, there is no need to panic. The truth is that they are under everything everywhere. We just don’t want them on your home or business.

    • We will inspect the structure, measure, and give the customer a bid. We use the highest industry standard Termiticide which is Termidor. We also give a free 5-year warranty.
