  • ​The Warranty period of General Pest Service for a Bimonthly Service is 2 months.

• Quarterly Service (Every 3 months)

  • The Warranty period of General Pest Control for a Quarterly Pest Service is 3 months.

 

• One-Time Service

  • The Warranty period of General Pest Control for a One-Time Pest Service is limited to 2 months.

  • Any Specialty treatment Warranty period will be verbally discussed based upon application.

  • The Warranty period of General Pest Service for a Bimonthly Service is 2 months.

• Monthly Service

  • The Warranty period of General Pest Control for a Monthly Pest Service is 1 month.

Rodent Services:

• Rodent Abatement

  • The Rodent Abatement Warranty period will be verbally discussed based upon the application.

 

• Rat Trapping

  • The Rat Trapping Warranty is only valid if the Structure is sealed out by Dave's Pest Management. If the Structure is sealed out by Dave's Pest Management the Warranty period is limited to 2 years for only the original holes and the original rodent trapped. 

 

 

• Squirrel Trapping

  • The Squirrel Trapping Warranty is only valid if the Structure is sealed out by Dave's Pest Management. If the Structure is sealed out by Dave's Pest Management the Warranty period is limited to 2 years for only the original holes and the original rodent trapped. 

 

 

 

Termite Services:

• Termite Prevention

  • The Warranty period for Termite Prevention is based upon the standards provided by Dave's Pest Management that have been upheld by the customer through either the Bimonthly Termite Prevention Service or The Quarterly Termite Prevention Service. If these standards have been upheld then the Structure for Bimonthly Termite Prevention will have a valid warranty period of 2 months and the Quarterly Termite Prevention will have a valid warranty period of 3 months.

 

• Termite Treatment

  • If Dave's Pest Management performed a Full Termite Treatment, than the first 5 years of the warranty period are Free if the standards provided by Dave's Pest Management have been upheld by the customer.
